Do you have in-stock items for sale?
We have in stock a selection of customized footwear, hats and clothing. You can purchase
these items from our online store.

What if you don’t have my size or specific color in your online store?
We are happy to take a custom order for any of these items (and more!).

How do I place an order?

Is there a deposit required on an order?
A deposit is required for custom orders. We ask for a 50% deposit for all custom orders. The balance is due when the product is finished and before it is shipped or picked up.

What is your standard production time for a custom order?
The production time for a custom product depends on the month of the year and the product. We are happy to provide you an estimate in production time when you place
your order.

How do you ship?
We ship your products by USPS or FedEx. In-stock items ordered online or over the phone are shipped by USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours and takes 2-3 days to arrive. We are happy to to ship overnight, please call us directly to make the order.

What is your refund policy?
We stand by our work and strive for 100% of customer satisfaction. We are happy to answer all your questions before you buy any of our products online or by the phone, send you swatches of materials used, and email you high resolution photographs. If you are truly unhappy with your item, we ask that it be returned AS NEW (not worn, used or damaged in any way). We will provide a full refund of the price of the product (not shipping). We reserve the right to refuse to refund an item that does meet return policy. PLEASE NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS made specifically for a customer.

Do you manufacture specific brands of footwear/clothing?
We specialize in customizing and reconstructing footwear/clothing and work with any brands based on our customer’s request. We will not duplicate an existing style or design which has already been produced by another company. If you like a design you've seen on our site or somewhere else, we can incorporate elements of that design into your shoe, but we will not duplicate it entirely. We do not make fakes, variants, or copies. We cannot use copy-written material in your design unless you are the owner, or we have been given written permission to do so by the owner. We will not track down and purchase rare shoes for you, or sell shoes to you un-customized. We do not mass-produce shoes; each item is customized by hand and is entirely unique.
